We are the Syriac Aramaic Association in Riga, a community of Christian medical students from Sweden and other countries, united by our shared Syriac-Aramaic heritage — the language once spoken by Jesus Christ the Redeemer and still spoken by our people today. We are proud of our history, culture, and faith, and we aim to create a welcoming space for everyone interested in learning about our traditions and the Syriac diaspora we live in today. Through cultural, educational, and social activities, we strive to preserve our heritage while fostering understanding and connection within the international student community.
