Emotional Support

1. RSU offers psychotherapy services, individual consultations are a paid service, but there is an option to have free group sessions though. Contacts are infopsihosomatika[pnkts]lv (info[at]psihosomatika[dot]lv) and +371 67625655
2. RSU career center offers free psychological support consultations. You can either call them at +371 67409140 or karjerascentrsrsu[pnkts]lv (karjerascentrs[at]rsu[dot]lv). Using this link you can write the topic and explain what you want to talk about, then they get back to you.
3. In the worst case scenario you can call the Latvian 24/7 crisis hotline number 116123. They do offer counseling in English as well!
