Your timetable for lectures and classes shall be published on RSU website and in the student portal “MyRSU”:
- the schedule for compulsory study courses (Part A) is published 10 working days before the beginning of the semester;
- the schedule for restricted elective study courses (Part B) is published by the second week of autumn semester and by the third week of the spring semester;
- the schedule of elective study courses (Part C) is published from the sixth week of the semester;
- the schedule for examinations, including retaking failed examinations is published no later than two weeks before the date of the examination. There must be at least a two-day interval between the examinations in various study courses for the same group of students.
Please keep in mind that mid-semester examinations must be planned and taken primarily during the semester. Mid-semester examinations may also be taken during the first week of the examination period.

Changes to the timetable for lectures and classes shall be published at the end of each working day. If the changes are made less than 24 hours before the particular event, the relevant department shall inform you by sending e-mails or informing your study group leader.

You are not permitted to request schedule changes or alterations to the study mode (online or onsite) for reasons of convenience, as such requests are not deemed valid. As an RSU student, you are expected to maintain full-time availability for academic pursuits five days a week. In cases of technical conflicts, such as overlapping schedules, you should inform the Dean's office for necessary adjustments.
Furthermore, academic departments should refrain from altering the timetable or study mode without a specific and justifiable reason.

The examination period extension is not automatically granted and you are only allowed to take end-semester examinations during this period:
- Open MyRSU and click on “Applications and Inquiries”.
- Under All e-Services click on “Study Process Applications” and submit your application under “Free Form Submission” - Make sure to mention the purpose of the application, the study course, and the scheduled date for the exam you intend to take.
You can only apply for an examination period extension when you are sure you need it - applications made on the basis of speculative necessity ("maybe I'll need it") will be automatically rejected.

- Gather the necessary documents to justify your absence. You can use documents that are issued abroad, such as a doctors note, as long as it is in English.
- Open MyRSU and click on "Applications and Inquiries" and then select "Change of Status".
- Submit the documents directly on the platform under "Application for Excused Absence" within a timely manner depending on the type of absence - Applications will not be considered otherwise.
- Retake the classes or examinations you missed during your absence - coordinate with your lecturer. If your absence justification is accepted you will not lose an examination attempt.
For Unplanned Absence: Present the documents certifying incapacity for work within 5 working days after returning to studies.
For Planned Absence: Present the documents certifying incapacity for work within 2 weeks prior to the planned absence.
Alternatively, you can submit the relevant documents in person at the Student Services Office (RSU Main Building, Room K-100).

Please note that the Success Statement Request can only be issued once all the courses from your current semester have been passed.
If you are a RSU graduate:

- under All e-Services click on “Inquiry Request” and submit your request under “Academic Transcript”.
Please note that the Academic Transcript comes with the cost of 13€. This document will be the equivalent to the Diploma Supplement document you receive upon graduating.

- The Internal Rules and Regulations of Studies outlines the application process for an academic leave. Familiarize yourself with the necessary documents you will be needing.
- Gather all the documents specified earlier.
- Open MyRSU and click on “Applications and Inquiries”.
- Under All e-Services click on “Inquiry Request” and submit your request under “Granting, Extension, Renewal of Academic Leave for Studies After Academic Leave”.
The academic leave will not be granted if you have failed to acquire the study courses successfully, have academic debts, or tuition fee debt.
Alternatively, you can look up "Application Forms" on the RSU website and submit the relevant form in person at the Student Services Office (RSU Main Building, Room K-100).

- Under All e-Services click on “Inquiry Request” and then “Status Inquiry”.
- In the “Additional Information” section, write down your request for proof of payment of your tuition fee and specify the timeframe.
- Submit the request.

You have the right to contest the assessment of an examination:
- after the announcement of the examination results, you have the right to get acquainted with your work and receive an explanation of the mistakes made within three working days;
- open MyRSU and click on “Applications and Inquiries”;
- under All e-Services click on “Study Process Applications” and submit your appeal under “Appeal Submission”;
- the Chairperson of the Appeals Commission will inform you about the time and place of the meeting at least one working day before it takes place. You are not obliged to attend the meeting, but in case you choose to attend it, you can invite a representative of SU to participate as an observer;
- the decision of the Appeals Commission will be announced within five working days from the time of receipt of your submission.
For National Examination: Must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of assessment.
For Any Other Examination: Must be submitted within 72 hours, not including the date of assessment.

The SCEF are mandatory and anonymous! Make sure to fill them out until the end of the relevant semester:

- fill out all the SCEF on your to-do list.
Take the time to give your honest feedback on teachers' performances as well as on course structure and content. The implementation of changes to the different study courses depends on these results and it is important that each student contributes to the improvement of our education at RSU.
