Hey everyone! I’m Zahraa Merchant, a 4th year medical student from India and  the Liaison Officer for RSU ISA. My role is to support and connect national societies with ISA, ensuring that international students have a strong platform to share their cultures, ideas, and initiatives.

I work closely with national, social, and Latvian societies to enhance student engagement through events like Worldwide, Integration Month, and many more. Beyond event coordination, I am passionate about creating opportunities for students—whether through networking, career seminars, or collaborations with student organizations from other universities. My focus is on fostering a sense of belonging and helping students navigate both their academic and social life at RSU.
